Q: Do I need a promo code to get the buy 3 get one free?

A: No. There is no promo code required to take advantage of the buy 3 get one free special.


Q: Is this a pass which must be used by one person?

A: No. Tx Golf Tix Book is made of 45 individual tickets from 23 courses. Just like season tickets to the Rangers or Cowboys, you could share the tickets you don’t use with your friends or family.


Q: When does it expire?

A: All tickets expire 3/1/2011. You could start using them 12/1/09 till 3/1/11. That’s 15 months.



Q: Do I pay anything?

A: Yes, you pay cart fee only.



Q: How much is the cart fee?

A: It depends on the course. It ranges from $17 to $45. Most courses will be around $20 to $22. The Tribute is highest at $45 because their normal rate is between $100 to $135 per person.


Q: I don’t play on weekends. Can I use my weekend tickets on weekday?

A: Yes. Some courses will allow you to use the weekend tickets on weekdays. But Most will not let you use weekday tickets on weekends. Please call the course and ask about their policy.


Q: I can’t believe I get everything for $99. What is the catch?

A: There is no catch. Golf courses, just like airlines and hotels carry excess inventory which they must sell at a discount. We negotiated cart fee only deal with each course to give you the best deal.


Q: What is the SmartCard and how does it work?

A: SmartCard is a discount membership card that will be mailed to you with the Golf Tix Book. When you receive it just register it on line at www.txgolftix.com . You will save $ Thousands of dollars from your favorite restaurants, bars and businesses in DFW.


Q: How can I list my business on SmartCard?

Q: Can I buy the book at a store?

A: Yes. The locations are listed on the “where to buy tab” of the home page.



Q: I’m running a golf tournament; can you donate your books to my tournament?

A: Yes. If you contact us we will donate golf tix books and individual rounds of golf for your tournament. We could also get you best rates for your tournament and additional gifts for your goody bags. Please contact us at 972-242-7888.

Discount Card Member Asked Questions

Q: How do I update my member information once I have registered?

A: If you have already registered your discount card for 2010 but need to update things like your current mailing address or e-mail address, just login from the "Discount Card Login" box located on our HomePage using the email address and password you registered with. Once you have logged in you should be prompted with your "profile page".
